The mission of Youth Services is to attract the youth to the
organizations and youth providers of Lowell, who in return provide
quality, effective and efficient programs and activities.
Goals:
- to improve and provide the services for all the youth in the City of Lowell.
- to work with and communicate with the Youth Providers and other organizations of Lowell.
- to coordinate youth services throughout the City of Lowell.
