All meetings are held in the Pollard Memorial Library Meeting Room, ground floor, 401 Merrimack Street beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the second Monday of the month (unless otherwise noted, posted, or advertised).

NOTE: Submittal deadlines are for those applications determined to be Major Development and requiring proper notice and public hearing. The Administrator will determine during the application and design review process if a public hearing is necessary depending upon the level of work proposed.
