The Lowell Historic Board is comprised of nine volunteer members from the public and private sectors, each serving staggered two-year terms, representing entities defined by the Board’s state statute.  The membership of the Board is a professional and carefully balanced group representing diverse constituencies reflective of the Board’s broad mandate.
