In response to the above-mentioned motion, T.J. McCarthy has provided a report on the two simultaneous construction projects currently taking place at the Reilly School; the boiler replacement project and roof replacement project.  The report is summarized as follows.

Regarding the boiler project:

Ø      Removed old boiler

Ø      Poured new concrete pad

Ø      Currently re-piping/converting water feeds and exchanges

Ø      Expected delivery of new boiler by August 15^th

Ø      Projected completion of all work by September 30^th

Regarding the roof replacement:

Ø      Bid and contract processing completed July 30^th

Ø      Crane arrived on site July 31^st, will remain on site for two-three weeks

Ø      Construction supplies arrived last week, deliveries continue through this week

Ø      Engineering plans submitted to Building Department for review this week

Ø      Notification of logistical plans (crane) material storage need to be conveyed to School Department Officials

Ø      Expected completion of project some time between August 28^th and September 18^th, weather permitting
