I have been in communication with the Assessor’s Office regarding the above-mentioned motion.  To date, approximately, 78 overvaluation applications have been clocked into the Assessors Office.

As requested above, the staff in the Assessors Office has and will continue to guide the taxpayer/property owner with the application process.  Please know that there is also a sheet attached to the application with some guidelines that appear to help the preparer as well.
