“REQUEST THE MANAGER SET UP A POINT PERSON TO SERVE AS CONTACT FOR UTILTY”

In response to the above-mention motion, I have been in contact with the Division of Neighborhood Services (DNS).  As a service to the residents of Lowell, the DNS will continue to act as the resource for any resident looking for assistance or contact information regarding all utilities that provide service within the City of Lowell. 

DNS has an updated 2008 Utilities Contact Information List (printed or email version) available to residents who contact the DNS office (978-446-7243) with any utility-related concerns.
