SUBJECT:     Motion of   9-11-07 by Councilor Caulfield

“Request the City Manager have the proper department address the sidewalk conditions on Worthen Street in the vicinity of the Whistler House.”

The Department of Public Works has visited the above location and evaluated the condition of the sidewalk.  Three sections of concrete walkway need to be removed and repaired.  The Department of Public Works will make every effort to address the matter this calendar year, weather permitting.
