Motion 9-11-07 City Hall Rest Facilities

SUBJECT:     Council Motion of 9/11/07 by Councilor R. Mercier

“Request the City Manager have the proper department remodel the ladies bathroom in the basement of City Hall.”

 

 

An evaluation by the Department of Public Works of the conditions of all three women’s bathrooms in City Hall has yielded the following projects to be included in the rehab plan which will begin this winter:

 

  • Painting
  • Installation of new sink counters
  • Ceiling replacement/re-conditioning
  • Grout/Cement Work
  • Assessment of lighting needs
  • Installation of baby changing table

 

At this time the Department of Public Works projects completion of all work some time in the late winter.
