RE:              Council Motion of 5/8/07 by Councillor Armand Mercier

“Request the City Manager have the Law Department draw the proper vote to have a 60 day trial handicap parking sign at 127 Dalton Street.”

 

 

I have contacted Jeff Gomes, Transportation Engineer, regarding the motion mentioned above and he stated that he visited the site in question and made some conclusions.  The City can comply with the motion for a handicap parking space.

 

Therefore, a 60-day trial will be before the City Council on Tuesday, May 22nd.
