RE:                   Council Motion of 5/15/07 by Councillor Elliott

“Request the City Manager have the Police Department address the noise complaints in the Cawley Stadium Area.”

 

 

I have contacted Ken Lavallee, Acting Superintendent of Police, regarding the motion mentioned above and he stated that Captain Flaherty has notified officers assigned to car 3 to check Cawley Stadium four times a night and supply him with names and plate numbers of vehicles in the Stadium.  Below you will find the number of CAD calls to this location since April 1, 2007.

 

4/21/07            1:16AM – Cars 2 & 11 responded to a call for 15 people pushing on cars – m/v gone on arrival

 

5/6/07              7:30PM – 12 low riders doing donuts – clear – no report – Car 3 Officer McGrail

 

5/9/07              Vice recognized someone with an outstanding warrant

 

5/10/07            6:44PM – Call for loud noise – Game in progress inside stadium – Loud noise was speaker announcing
