“REQUEST THE CITY MANAGER CONTACT THE ST. MARGARET’S SCHOOL RELATIVE TO USE OF THEIR PARKING LOT BY CALLERY PARK LEAGUES”.

Please be advised that I have been in contact with Thomas R. Bellegarde, Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Cemeteries, regarding the above mentioned motion.  Tom stated that he has spoken to Rev. Raymond Benoit, the Administrator of Saint Margaret’s Parish and the Chairwomen of the Parish Council regarding this issue.

The Parish and school insurance policy does not cover the liability for non-Parish/school use.

They have also had problems with securing the property after league use several years ago; when they gave the league limited access.
