RE:                   Council Motion of 4/17/07 by Councillor Caulfield

“Request the City Manager have the proper department address the sidewalk conditions at 52 Merrill Avenue.”

 

 

Regarding the above mentioned motion, I have been in contact with Ed Walsh, Commissioner of Public Works.  Commissioner Walsh stated that the Department of Public Works has made the necessary repairs to make the sidewalk safe at the present time.  The sidewalk will be added to the sidewalk list because it needs granite curing and paving.
