RE:                   Council Motion of 1/30/07 by Councillor Caulfield

“Request the City Manager report on the status of the Stoklosa School.”

                                                            And

Council Motion of 3/6/07 by Councillor’s Caulfield & A. Mercier

“Request the City Manager provide the City Council with updated full report on the Stoklosa School.”

Regarding the above mentioned motion, please be advised that a full updated report will be presented to the City Council at the meeting on Tuesday, March 20, 2007.  Due to the ongoing litigation regarding the Stoklosa School, it would be in the best interest of the City that some, if not all, information be discussed in Executive Session.
