RE:              Council Motion of 3/20/07 by Councillor R. Mercier

“Request the City Manager have the Law Department draw the proper vote have a 60 day trial for a handicap parking sign at 77 Crosby Street.”

 

I have been in contact with Jeff Gomes, Transportation Engineer regarding the above mentioned motion.  Jeff visited the site in question and made some conclusions.  The City can comply with the motion for a handicap parking space.

 

Therefore, a 60-day trial will be before the City Council on Tuesday, April 3rd.
