“Request the City Manager have the Police Department address the increase in crime, prostitution and illegal activity in the Back Central Street area and request a report and recommendation on plans for improvements.”

 

 

Attached please find a copy of the Incident Comparison Report from the Lowell Police Department for the Back Central Street area for the months of November, December and January.
