RE: Council Motion of January 22, 2008 by C. Kazanjian
“Request
the Manager take the appropriate steps to block/limit access to Cummiskey
Alley”
In response to the above-mentioned motion, the City Engineer’s office has conducted research and site work on the alley in question. Based upon that research and site work it appears that the City has no title to the property. Accordingly, the City Solicitor has rendered the opinion that the requested action cannot be undertaken by the City.
