On 9/12/07, Councilor Broderick submitted the following: “Request the City Manager report on the possibility of posting responses to Council Motions and Requests on the City Website.”

In response to C Broderick’s request, M.I.S. has created a tool which allows all Council Motions to be uploaded into “City Council Outstanding Motions,” and responses to be uploaded into “City Manager Responses to City Council Motions” on the website.  Responses may include attachments from various sources, and are made available in formats easily readable/downloadable online.  As with other content on the website, all outstanding motions and responses (not including attachments) are indexed automatically for easy search access.
