Public Meeting & Public Comment Period for 291 Jackson Street Brownfields Cleanup Activities
A public meeting and 30-day public comment period will be held for all interested persons relative to Brownfields clean up activities and the Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) for property located at 291 Jackson Street in Lowell. The City of Lowell was awarded $200,000 in grant funding from the EPA Brownfields program to be used for the clean up of this site.
The 30-day public comment period will run from Wednesday, January 30, 2008 to Monday, March 3, 2008. The public meeting will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2008 at 6:00pm in the Mayor's Reception Room, at Lowell City Hall, 375 Merrimack Street, Lowell, MA.
