Notice of Availability - Draft 2011 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice
The Draft Plan will be available for review and public comment for a period of 30-days, beginning June13, 2011 and ending July 13, 2011. All written comments received will be included in the Final Plan sent to HUD along with the City’s responses.
The public may examine electronic copies of the Draft Plan by clicking here. Printed copies of the document are available for public review from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Division of Planning and Development, JFK Civic Center, Second Floor, 50 Arcand Drive; at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 375 Merrimack St., and at the Pollard Memorial Library, 401 Merrimack St. during normal operating hours.
Written comments may be submitted to Emily Currier, Community Development Assistant, 50 Arcand Drive, Lowell, MA 01852, faxed to 978-446-7014, or emailed to ecurrier@lowellma.gov. For consideration, comments must be received no later than July 13, 2011 at 5:00 PM
Please note: the Draft Plan is subject to change and requires approval by the Lowell City Council.
