Middlesex Villiage Master Plan Neighborhood Visioning Session II
The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG), under contract with the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is working with the City of Lowell to develop a Neighborhood Master Plan for Middlesex Village. The second Visioning Session will include an overview of the results of the first Visioning Session, and outline draft recommendations for improving the neighborhood. Light refreshments will be available
