• $18,194.35 in unspent balances from completed CDBG-R activities and $21,048.65 in available CDBG funds will support improvements to traffic signalization and pedestrian access in Lowell’s downtown. 
• $5,225 in recaptured HPRP funds will provide financial assistance to individuals moving into permanent housing through the House of Hope’s Housing Now program.
