The City of Lowell is amending its FY 2001-2002 Annual Action Plan as follows:

$206,000 in available HOME funds has been requested to complete work at 172 Lakeview Ave.  This activity will create three affordable rental units. 

HOME funds in the amount of $15,000 will be awarded to the Acre Revitalization Plan to provide post-purchase counseling services to homeowners at six housing units on Suffolk St. sold to low-moderate income households.

The City of Lowell is amending its FY 2002-2003 Annual Action Plan as follows:

$45,000 in available CDBG funds will be provided to increase the design scope of work at the intersection of Chelmsford and Plain Streets.  The project will now include additional street segments and intersections in response to community input at a public hearing.   

The City of Lowell is amending its FY 2005-2006 Annual Action Plan as follows:

CDBG funds in the amount of $151,600 will be awarded to the JAM Plan to cover the estimated costs of construction for road improvements on Middlesex St.
