We, The Lowell Regional Wastewater Utility, with the assistance of our engineering consultant CDM, need your input regarding  the future improvements in your neighborhood.  By filling out the questionnaire and returning to us we can save money by not having to gather this information our self and we hope to get enough returned to us so we can make an informed  and intelligent decision how best to  build the sewage and storm water systems to reduce flooding and improve drainage  in the your neighborhood based on the needs of the residents.
