Notice of Amendment to Annual Action Plan
The City of Lowell is amending its FY 2004-2005 Annual Action Plan as follows:
The Emergency Housing Rehabilitation Program is currently funded at $64,677 to address housing emergencies that threaten the life or health of a low-income family, or an imminent threat of causing further damage to the structure.
An additional $5,000 in unanticipated available CDBG funds is being awarded to continue the program.
