Important notice to the City of Lowell's residents and businesses regarding heavy rainfall, winds, and flooding.

Please Note:
The Merrimack River and Concord River have crested and are receding. The City of Lowell is carefully coordinating with various organizations to stay abreast of the situation and will update this site as additional information becomes available.
As of this update, please be advised that:
- All of the City's bridges, water supply, electrical supply, and sewerage system remain safe and stable.
- The City does not anticipate the need to open an emergency shelter at this time. If the need for one is necessary, details will be listed here.
The City's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is not currently active.
Any person having a storm or flood related emergency should call 9-1-1.
