"KeySpan has begun the process of restoring natural gas service to our customers affected by flooding. Due to the circumstances that were experienced by the flooding, certain inspections must be performed by the City of Lowell Gas Inspector prior to the restoration of your service. Keyspan will continue to work with Lowell officials to coordinate the restortation of your gas service in a safe and timely manner. Below is an outline of the steps that need to be taken and the process that must be followed as we work together to restore your gas service. We ask that you first coordinate the initial call with the City of Lowell's Inspectional Services Office at 978-970-4036; this will prompt a follow up call after that inspection to Keyspan."
