The Worcester House is the oldest house along Andover Street and was originally constructed in 1802 in the Federal style with later Greek Revival alterations (ca. 1840). Located in what was originally part of Tewksbury, the house is representative of the area’s agricultural origins. The house was built by Eldad Worcester and was the focal point of a 65 acre farm.
The building is also within the Andover Street Historic District which was listed on the National Register in 2000.
