National Register of Historic Places (10/12/1989)

 

The Fox Building is a fine example of a late 19th century Queen Anne style Lowell commercial building.  Important details include paneled brick decoration and a decorative granite cornice.  Much of its original storefront is also intact including brick and grooved cast iron piers.

The building is also located within the Lowell National Historical Park & Preservation District and the Downtown Lowell Historic District.
