Taxicab and Livery Commission
Advises the City Manager on issues pertaining to Taxicab and Livery issues within the City.
Three (3) members are appointed by the City Manager to a five (5) year term of which two (2) are members of the general public and residents and the third member is a designated Department Head of the City. City Council Confirmation is required.

Meetings
Taxicab and Livery Commission meetings are held ad-hoc, as deemed necessary by the City Manager. Notice of meetings is posted at least two weeks in advance of the meeting on the bulletin board outside of the City Clerk's Office, and on the City of Lowell's online Event Calendar.
