Are you interested in learning to do business with the Commonwealth?
The State of Massachusetts Operational Services Divisions’ "Pathways to Procurement" workshop is designed to inform interested bidders about the procurement process for Statewide Contracts, Comm-PASS, OSD programs and information on marketing to public entities. These workshops are offered free of charge across the Commonwealth.
The City of Lowell purchasing department, which is attending, encourages all businesses interested in doing business with the State to register. State Contracts are used by the City of Lowell.
