The City of Lowell Division of Planning and Development will hold a Public Hearing to assist the City in preparing the 2005 Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. Please note: The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues related to fair housing and housing discrimination, rather than housing affordability. The City will provide interpreters for non-English speaking or hearing-impaired residents upon receiving a request at least four (4) days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
