Special Flag Raising
Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM on the City Hall steps, we will be raising a Special Edition American Flag for a Lowell resident who will be leaving for Iraq Wednesday morning. His name is David Soucy, he is in the Army and his whole company has signed this flag. Please join the Mayor and Senator Steven Panagiotakos as we thank David and his troop for the sacrifice they are prepared to make.
