Doors Open Lowell

dol logoDoors Open Lowell offers an insider’s look into the preservation of over thirty of Lowell’s magnificent historic buildings.  It’s a free event held during National Preservation Month to celebrate Lowell’s architectural heritage and urban living and culture.  Together these have made Lowell a creative and exciting place to live and work.

Look for old favorites this year as well as exciting new additions.  Visit residential lofts in 19th century commercial buildings and textiles mills where space is used in innovative ways.  Rediscover historic civic and community buildings still in use today.  Drop in at museums that you have never been to before and return to your favorites.  Doors Open Lowell has something for everyone young and old.
