  • MassDevelopment assists small, middle-market businesses to replenish working capital shortfalls caused by adverse business conditions.
  • CommunityExpress Loan: Programs by the US Small Business Administration (SBA) provide financing to eligible applicants.

Specific Locations

If your project or development is located in the following regions in Lowell, you may be eligible for more opportunities.

  1. Downtown Lowell:
    • Technical Assistance Program (TAP): Grants up to $5,000 to eligible retailers.
    • Downtown Venture Fund Program: Low interest loan program available to restaurants and specialty retailers.
