Hickory Hills Subdivision – Performance Bond (Continued from last Meeting)
The Planning Board will l address the remaining $2,000 held under a tri-partite agreement as a performance bond
for the subdivision known as Hickory Hills Estates developed by Applewood Construction Company. The Board
will decide whether or not to act on the bond to secure funds in order to complete sidewalk repairs located on
Freedom Way.
318 Bridge Street – CVS: Review of Proposed Signage Plan
In accordance with conditions placed on the Site Plan Approval for the above listed project, the Planning Board
will review and the proposed sign plan from the applicant for the CVS currently under construction at the corner
of Bridge St. and the VFW Highway. The plan includes the design, size, and location of signage proposed on the
CVS building, a 20’ tall x 12’ wide pylon sign located at the corner of Bridge Street and the VFW Highway, and
four (4) signs providing direction for vehicular circulation onto and through the site.
