4 Tamarack Street: Definitive Subdivision Plan
The Lowell Planning Board will hold a public hearing to hear all interested persons relative to an
application by John Pickles Jr. for the approval of a definitive subdivision plan that includes the extension
of Tamarack Street by approximately 100 feet, providing access and minimum frontage required by the
zoning ordinance for the parcel at 4 Tamarack Street, and construction of a single-family dwelling. The
site is entirely within the 100-year flood hazard zone and will require conservation commission approval.
The applicant is seeking waivers from street design standards, drainage requirements, and curbing. The
site is located within the Traditional Single Family (TSF) zoning district. This project requires Planning
Board approval under Lowell’s Subdivision of Land Regulations.
