Site Plan Review: 14 Perry Street
The Lowell Planning Board will review an application
by Jeremy McSorley of Greener Landscape for Site Plan Review for a project
located at 14 Perry Street. The
proposal includes the demolition of an existing auto repair building and the
construction of a new car wash facility.
The project is located on a lot that is 8,289 sqft in land area, located
partially in the TMU (Traditional Neighborhood Mixed Use) and partially in the
UMU (Urban Neighborhood Mixed Use) zoning districts. The project requires Site Plan Review under Section 11.4 of the
Lowell Zoning Ordinance
Special Permit Review: 133 Clark Road
The Lowell Planning Board will review an application
by Mary J. Blazon for Special Permit Review for a project located at 133 Clark
Road. This proposal plans take the
place of an approved five (5) lot subdivision proposed for this site. The proposal includes the demolition of an
existing single-family house on site for the development of two lots fronting
on Clark Road. One lot will have forty
(40) feet of frontage on Clark Road and consist of 20,000sqft of land area, and
the second lot will have sixty (60) feet of frontage on Clark Road and 51,373
sqft of land area. The project is
located in the SSF (Suburban Single
Family) zoning district. The project
requires Special Permit review under Section 5.2.9: Frontage Reduction for
Large SSF Lots of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance.

Lot Release: Residents First Development
Corporation – 1436 Gorham Street
The Board will discuss the lot release proposal for
the remainder of the lots location in Zone 2 of the Residents First Development
Corporation project at 1436 Gorham Street.
In total, the applicant is requesting 18 lots to be released, which are
all part of Zone 2 of the project.
